Most women are under-mentored and under-sponsored. They’re encouraged to “be confident” but rarely backed. They navigate systems built by men, for men, while told nothing is wrong with those systems.

Why Me
I spent 30+ years in sectors where women were the exception, including 12 years as an executive in Oil & Gas and board roles across various institutions.
I know the pressure, the politics, the invisibility, the self-censorship, the exhaustion, and the constant need to prove yourself twice.
Now I support women who are done playing by rules that were never written for them.
