About me

Most women already have everything they need to lead — the mindset, the competence, the instinct, the courage. What’s missing is often just someone who understands their reality and helps them navigate the few hurdles still in the way. That’s the role I step into: a mentor who is accessible, experienced, and here to offer clarity, encouragement, and straight-to-the-point guidance when you need it most.

Women do not need more “training” to become leaders.
They need the support men receive every day without it being called training.

They need access.
They need clarity.
They need a place where the complexity of being a woman in leadership is finally normal, and not something to hide or manage.

For more than three decades, I’ve lived the complexity of leadership myself — from being often the only woman in the room during my years as an Oil & Gas executive, to holding board roles in environments where female leadership was still an exception. I know the weight of carrying too much alone, the politics no one talks about, the expectations that feel heavier for women, and the quiet resilience it takes to lead with integrity. My work today is simply to make that path less isolating for other women.

After leaving the corporate world in 2020, I became an impact entrepreneur and leadership mentor. Today my work centres on helping women lead with integrity, presence, and grounded confidence. Not by imitating the old models, but by strengthening what is already there.

I don’t do superficial empowerment.
I don’t teach you how to “lean in.”
I won’t ask you to become a louder or shinier version of yourself.

Instead, I help you build leadership that is:
clear, steady, values-driven, and unapologetically yours.

My style is warm but direct.
Supportive but honest.
Encouraging but willing to challenge you when it matters.

Women who:

  • lead (or want to lead) in male-dominated environments
  • run their own businesses
  • carry too much alone
  • feel unseen or unheard despite their competence
  • want to lead without burning out or bending themselves into shapes that don’t fit

If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

Let’s talk: book an introductory call

The leadership you seek is already in you. My role is simply to help you bring it to the surface.
