My name is Nathalie Venis-Randabel and I’m a bridge-builder by nature: between people and purpose, ambition and integrity, leadership and humanity.

For 12 years, I served as General Manager for an international group and sat on several boards of directors in Mauritius. After more than 30 years in the corporate world, I chose to walk a different path. One that is rooted in authenticity and driven by purpose.

Today, through Authentegrity, I help grow conscious leadership from the inside out.

The world has changed. It’s no longer enough to focus only on the bottom line. If we want to create businesses that are truly sustainable, we must rethink not just what we do, but why and how we do it.

This is why I work with leaders and professionals to strengthen their inner compass. I often draw on the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Framework, which outlines the essential human skills and qualities we need to meet today’s complex challenges, such as self-awareness, connectedness, presence, and courage. These are not soft skills; they are core leadership capacities.

I believe that good leadership doesn’t begin with a title. It begins with who we are. The future belongs to conscious leaders who lead with both heart and edge.
