A single day, small group, on a regenerative farm in Bois Rouge, Pamplemousses. For women in leadership who are carrying a lot and don’t often get the space to pause and think clearly.

The morning is serious work. We’ll look honestly at where you said you’d be six months in, what actually happened, and what that reveals. You’ll leave with a commitment statement and clear actions for the rest of the year.

This is the first of a twice-yearly gathering. We reconvene in 6 months to account for what we committed to today.
