“Time For Her” offers space for reflection, honest conversations, and peer learning, away from roles, expectations, and daily pressure. Each circle explores a leadership theme through grounded dialogue and shared experience.

This month’s edition is themed “Working Mothers – Let’s Talk!”.

After the government’s recent announcement on maternal/paternal leave, a lot has been said and written about it. It seems a good moment to discuss maternal bias: a form of gender bias where mothers are perceived as less committed or competent at work, leading to disadvantages in hiring, promotion, and opportunities.
